"Imparting quality education" easier said then done.

Talking about the recent adopted policy of HRDD on imparting Quality Education in Schools is a issue that has to be given attention in today's Educational scenario. Imparting Quality education has been most contemplated issue, but is Quality Education really being imparted? This tends to be a BIG '?'

No doubt the Teachers are doing their best in imparting good education, but the question arises here is that, is it only the duty of teachers to impart good education to children? We being parents, literate citizens, the member of the civil society, are we putting any effort on imparting good education to our pupils? Isn't it the responsibility of every individual? Is the concerned department putting any efforts, providing with all the required materials, facilities, that can help the growth of a child in any ways?

If it is to talk about providing quality education, why isn't the department showing any concern over the lack of teachers in the rural areas? Many Schools in rural areas are facing acute shortage of teachers. What is department doing regarding this issues?

There are still many teachers who are using traditional method of teaching. How far this method can be useful in this age? Don't we need more upgraded teachers with modern teaching methods? And talking about making the state computer literate state, though every government school in state has been provided with computers, still the problems faced by the computer teachers is a major issue which the department hasn't been able to solve till this date.

With all these prevailing problems, imparting quality education in schools really possible? Now the question that arise is WHERE DO WE STAND? WHERE ARE WE LACKING? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE? WE OR THE GOVERNMENT?
